after diddling around quite awhile today doing pretty trivial things (that’s probably what diddling is all about so I guess it was successful!) I happened upon the stickies database I’d lost after the whole corrupted backup/clean install/OS update thing. Wow! Bunch of VERY VERY old passwords and account information that I’d been gradually recovering and my compleat list of fabulous welsh and other names. Managed to complete the diddling with a download of my fortunecity website files and thought I’d pass along this from the annals of tripod 2000, just to show that it doesn’t come from nothin’ as they say:

A couple of days ago the remains of a group of small yellow pieces of fabric surfaced again. They have a note from you saying they are from your selection of yellows for me to use…still a few left. Maybe some match the yellows in this picture.
