In the list of things that are good:
- a day that isn’t warm, isn’t cold, but the breeze has that just right feel on your cheek
- sitting in a small town restaurant, working on the next idea and being glad for a familar place, good meal and time to work
- wandering around the grocery store and resisting the urge to overbuy
- a new CD by a new to me artist in a genre I’m not usually keen on – and the music floats my boat
- upcoming day off
- upcoming guild get together over long weekend
- realizing that I’m further along in the currently-being-sewn project than I thought
- listening to the new ideas bubbling up while doing the peaceful work of sewing small squares of fabric together.
- Call with good news from happy family members
- doing small chores that can be annoying but instead turn out to be gratifying
- taking a moment to appreciate those small chores once done
- watching the sky turn day by day towards spring
